OPENING HOURS FOR STANDARD SERVICE: Mon-Thurs 9am-9pm; Fri 9am-6:30pm; Saturday 10:30am-6:30pm. For emergency data recovery, we are open 24 hours. If you want to come to us outside the opening hours, you must call and make a booking. Emergency service rates are higher than standard data recovery service.

Nearest tube:  Finchley Central (Northern Line) + Bus Routes bound for North Finchley 82, 460, 125. For a map, CLICK HERE. (as you can see from the map, you can also walk from Woodside Park tube station. However the Finchley Central + Bus combo may be faster and more convenient and is the recommended route.)100 Kingsway is a tall 15-storey white building otherwise known as "Tally Ho" which is located on Kingsway. The reception entrance is adjacent to Ballards Lane end of Kingsway. You have to come to the reception of 100 Kingsway which is manned 24 hours a day and ask for Data Recovery Lab @ number 611. You will be asked to sign the visitors book. Using the lift, you should come to Level 6. Once out of of the lift, turn left and look for number 611. Ring the bell @ 611 and a customer service person will open the door and welcome you in.

We DO have a pay & display parking facility at level -1 (minus one) of 100 Kingsway for driving customers. If you want to use the parking facility in floor -1, you have to look for the ALDI supermarket Parking Entrance. ALDI supermarket and 100 Kingsway parking entrance is on Nether Street where the Arts Depot entrance is. It is a basement parking and you will find it between Paddy Power betting shop and North Finchley bus station entrance. The parking entrance is also marked as ALDI car park. When in the parking, look for an available white-marked parking space, park your car, pay & display. (ALSO note that parking in ALDI parking spaces for 1 hour is FREE) Exit to the reception of 100 Kingsway by pressing the videophone buzzer. (Don't confuse the Art Depot exit or ALDI exit which does not have a videophone anyway. The reception for 100 Kingsway is opposite the ALDI exit.) Tell the reception you are here for data recovery. They will open the door and you can use the lift to go to  the Ground Floor where the reception of 100 Kingsway is. You must sign the visitors book before going back to the lift. We are on the 6th floor @ number 611.
